It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Wife, Mother, Nanna and Friend, Pileria Falbo (nee Gagliardi), who passed away peacefully on Friday, November 5th at the age of 92. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Guido, her children Sando, Josie (Bill), Vincenzo (Lynn). She was a loving Nanna to seven grandchildren and blessed to have three great-grandchildren.
Pileria was the matriarch of our family, we will all treasure the countless happy memories and miss her beautiful smile. She will be dearly missed by many extended family and friends, near and far.
Our family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff at Burnaby General Hospital for their compassionate care and kindness.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday November 13 at 10:30 am at St. Francis of Assisi Parish 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver. Entombment will follow at 12:00 pm, at Ocean View Burial Park 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of BC.
