Mr. Ree Long Jeng

September 13, 1941 - October 13, 2023

Our beloved father, Mr Jeng Ree Long passed away on October 13, 2023, in New Westminster, BC, Canada. He was a man of knowledge in aircraft engines. Born in Taoyuan, Taiwan, he showed remarkable courage and determination when he decided to move our family to Singapore in the late 70s, and then ten years later immigrated to Canada in search of better opportunities for his family. Not only was he skilled in his profession, he was also passionate about other interests, including gardening, wine tasting, and travel. He valued education and hard work, instilling these principles in his children and emphasizing the importance of family above all else.

He is survived by his loving wife, four children, and eight cherished grandchildren, who will forever treasure his wisdom and guidance. Our dad was a man of action, showing his affection through his deeds, even if he wasn't the most vocal in expressing it. His family remembers him as a loving, funny, and deeply respectful individual.

Dad's legacy will continue through the values he instilled in his family and the memories they shared. He will be dearly missed, but his influence on those he touched will endure as a testament to his life.

我們最敬愛的父親，鄭公瑞郎先生慟於民國112年10月13日（癸卯年八月廿九) 加拿大西岸時間中午12時30分走完他人生的最後一程，與世長辭， 距生於民國30年9月13日（辛巳年七月廿二）享壽83歲。

我們的父親，是一位對飛機引擎知識有着深厚瞭解與熱愛的工程師。 他出生於台灣桃園，為了讓家人拥有更好的前途，他秉持驚人的勇氣和決心，1979年時，帶著我們全家先來的了新加坡，十年後又毅然決然地移民到加拿大。

除了在他的專業領域上有着出色的表現，他還對其他興趣充滿熱情，這個包括園藝、品酒和旅遊。他非常重視教育和勤奮。而

他也將這些價值觀灌輸給他的子女，並強調了家庭重於一切的重要性。

他留下了他深愛的妻子，四個孩子，以及八個珍愛的孫子孫女，我們將永遠懷念他的智慧和指導。

我們的父親是一位以行動表達感情的人，即使他不太善於言詞表達，但他的行為顯示出了他的深情。我們將永遠記住他是一位充滿愛心、幽默感和深刻尊重的人。同時，他灌輸給家人們的價值觀將成為我們共同的回憶繼續流傳。我們的父親， 鄭公瑞郎先生將被深深懷念。
