Reiko passed away suddenly following a stroke, age 47. She enjoyed reading weird fiction and fantasies, cheesy movies, outlet malls, baking, and her beloved bitties (cats). Reiko was a screening officer (and later shop steward) at YVR, adding many colleagues to her circle of friends. She is predeceased by her mother Jean (nee Baba) Parker, grandparents Georgie and Vern Parker, and Bessie and Mac Baba. Reiko leaves her partner Chris Patmore, dad Wayne Parker, stepmom Catherine Backman, uncle Clayton Parker, sister-cousin Suzanne Babcock, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
