

Marr; Born (1931) 4th son to Ma Known Lim and Wong Toy Yu in the Village of Mon Lau Gon, Toyshan Prefecture, Guangdong Province, China, died
peacefully at the Vancouver General Hospital on May 29th, 2016.
Immigrated to Canada in 1952 with minimum education; Bob struggled to provide and educate his family as coal hauler, dishwasher and cook in Alert
Bay, Vancouver, New Westminster, Kamloops and Cache Creek in the 50s and 60s. He operated the Boston Flat Café and the B-B-X Restaurant in the early
1960s, and built the Wander-Inn restaurant with nephew Eugene Gin and good friends Don Wong and Bing Loon Gene in Cache Creek. He retired to
Vancouver in 1992 to enjoy life with his family.
Predeceased in 2001 by his loving wife of over 50 years, Jessie Sek Chung Wong. He will be sorely missed, leaving a lifetime of precious memories to
be cherished by his children Henry Marr (Fanny), Gordon Marr (Wendy), and Brenda Meister (Gregory). His legacy lives on through his grandsons, Jason
Marr (Kristin), Jeffrey Marr, Jordan Meister, Evan Meister, and Colorado Marr; and great-grandson Connor Marr
