Roberta Chin Lee

Born in Manila, Philippines on May 4, 1937, Roberta lived a life defined by kindness, devotion and quiet strength. She was a proud member of St. Peter’s Church in Manila, where she married the love of her life, Rudy Lee, on December 24, 1961. Together they built a loving family and shared many happy years until Rudy’s passing on July 31, 2020.

During her school years, Roberta enjoyed playing basketball and carried that same energy and spirit throughout her life. She was a gentle and caring soul whose greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. She treasured attending their recitals, performances and sporting events, always cheering them on with pride and unconditional love.

Roberta was also an incredible cook who brought family together through food. Her famous macaroni salad and garlic noodles were favourites at family gatherings and will forever be remembered with love and smiles.

Known for her warmth, generosity, and ever-present smile, Roberta made everyone around her feel welcome and cared for. Her gentle presence and kind heart touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Roberta leaves behind her loving children, Oswald, Karren (Michael), Stephanie (Richard). She was a proud and cherished Popo to Spencer, Lyndsey, Mitchell, Marcus, and Mackenzie, each of whom brought immense joy to her life.
