It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Papa, husband, Nonno and great grandfather. After a long and very courageous battle with cancer, Dad took his last breath shortly after he gave his last kiss to his loving wife Elisabetta who he loved and adored unconditionally from the moment he met her in 1958. Mom and Dad had a love like no other and Dad's only fear in life was leaving his beautiful wife who meant more than the world to him.

Salvatore is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Elisabetta; his three loving daughters Grace, Teresa and Stella; his four grandchildren who he loved so very much Nino, Christina, Daniele and Patrick and his four precious great grandchildren Gianna, Prestyn, Adella and Mia.

Dad was born in Serra San Bruno, Catanzaro, Italy and immigrated to Vancouver, BC in 1965.

Thank you Papa for always loving and protecting us,your kind, gentle soul and the power of your love will live on forever in all of our hearts.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am on Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 at Holy Cross Parish, 1450 Delta Avenue, Burnaby. Entombment to follow at the South Mausoleum, Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to BC Cancer Foundation or Heart and Stroke foundation.
