Stan passed away peacefully at his residence in Courtyard Gardens, with family at his side. Stan was predeceased by his wife Olive. He is survived by his daughter Pauline (Mel), son Wayne, grandsons Alan and Warren Young and by great-grandchildren Finn, Lucas, Beck, Ainsley and Jemma. The family extends great thanks to the wonderful staff at Courtyard Gardens. Stan will be missed for his smile and sense of humour. A Memorial of Stan's life will be held on Friday, July 27, 2012 at Forest Lawn, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers a donation to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
