Stephanie Clara Currie

Currie on March 31, 2025. She is predeceased by her loving mother Maria Mauro - Currie, grandparents: Vincenzo and Elena Mauro and Wayne and Lois Currie. She is survived by her twin brother Brandon, her father Loren, her aunt Teresa (John), her uncle Frank (Rita), and uncles Myron (Pat), Hal (Diana), Lyndon (Angela). Also survived by aunts Alba (Francesco), Albina (Ettore) and Olga, cousins Diana, Daniel, Michael, Jordan and Megan, Ryan, Brad, Mark, Lindsey, Layne, Logan and many friends. Even with all the challenges and hardships Stephanie faced in her life, she found joy in the presence of others. She loved home cooked meals, colorful stuffed animals, watching cartoons and listening to music, but most of all, she loved being surrounded by family and friends. She adored people and cherished every visitor who stopped by. We take solace in knowing she is together again with her mother, grandparents and other family members. Her bright light will shine down upon us until we meet again.

Prayers will be offered at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 7 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 2025 Napier Street in Vancouver. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8. Entombment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park, South Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Better Days Society or Cerebral Palsy Association of BC
