It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Vanessa Gah Bo Chung (née Low), who left us on August 22, 2025.
Vanessa was well known for her smile; A charming grin with a dimple on each cheek. She had an infectious energy and presence that lit up every room and life she entered. She was the cornerstone in the lives of her friends and family; an anchor that brought stability, security, and sensibility. Her passing has left an emptiness and longing in our hearts. She is survived by her husband, Terence, and Olive, her faithful canine companion; parents Henry and Mary; and siblings Christopher and Alissa. She is also remembered by Gany, Maggie, Margaret, Gary, Julia, Theo, Georgia, Bernie, Marcus, Queenie, Joey and Vincent.
A private service will be held in memory of Vanessa on September 8, 2025 at 1:00pm. A memorial Mass will take place on September 27, 2025 at 11:00am at St. Anthony’s Parish located at 2347 Inglewood Avenue, West Vancouver. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow in the church hall, where friends and loved ones are invited to gather and share memories.
