"TO MY GOOD FRIENDS AND FELLOW TRAVELLERS THROUGH LIFE: When you read this I will have “flown up into the sky” which has been my wish ever since I was told I had only a very short time left of my life. I have been fortunate beyond my wildest imaginations to have a very happy, satisfying and extremely busy life. I am blessed to have Les, my wonderful husband for 56 years, and my beautiful daughter, Linda, who lighted up my days with her presence.

I think the happiest and most satisfying part of my life has been being the president of my own company, Super Cruise World Travel Ltd. While some of you have been my lifelong friends since my university days, many of you came to me first as clients and remained to become close personal friends.

I have travelled to almost every part of the world, including ports in all seven continents visited by cruise ships, including completing ten world cruises. My other passion has been chasing Lady Luck in casinos wherever I found them. While I have never won really big, it has given me a great deal of fun.

All my life I have dreaded the trappings associated with death, so please understand and forgive me when I request that there be no memorial service. I ask you to remember me as I always have been; busy, active, impatient and enjoying the many gifts that Life has given me. When I go, please know that I am ready to fly away and be happy for me. My life has been a slice!
