Victor was worldly even at a young age. Having travelled and lived across the globe in his youth leaving China, coming to Canada to join his father and sister in his early teens before trekking across Europe, South America, and the States in his 20’s. He had many ventures, from his own car garage at age 20, to multiple restaurants: one in Fort St John lasting over 30 years. He was both audacious and easy going, hardened yet humble. His adventurous spirit will be carried on by those who knew him.
Victor is survived by his wife, Qi Leong, and son, Richard Leong.
