Victor was born on August 16, 1975, to Sung Ming Lee and late Yuet Kiu Lee in Kitimat, BC. He was the eldest of one sibling. They moved to Burnaby, BC in early 1990s, where he completed his Bachelor of Applied Science degree at the University of British Columbia in 1997. After his Bachelor's degree, he worked for companies such as PMC-Sierra Inc. Teradici, Atlazo, Microchip and many other startups.
On October 27, 2007, he married his devoted wife, Iris and had two children, Terrance and Tristan. Together they settled and built their family in Port Coquitlam, BC.
The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Victor. He loved a quiet evening with his children and family, enjoying good food cooked by his wife, building his greatest AI robot, spending endless time at Home Depot doing home renovations and preparing his masterpiece Boler trailer restoration project. He loved exploring the outdoors on local biking trails, camping and spending time playing sports with his family. He was truly an engineer of his time who had no ambitions to be a middle manager - always building, improving and upgrading.
