She was predeceased by her husband A.G. “Phil” Phillips, and her twin sister Muriel Renwick.
She is survived by her son David (Luella); grandsons Byron and Greg; nephew Rick Renwick (Monique); grand nieces Sonja and Julia; and other family and friends.
Visitation will take place on Friday June 3rd from 4-6pm at Ocean View Funeral Home, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby, BC from where the Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday June 4th.
While Shirley loved flowers, you may send a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu if you wish.
