It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Wai-Yin Tam Chan on October 25, 2013 in Vancouver, Canada at the age of 91.
She was born in Indonesia in 1922, Predeceased by her husband, Wah Sam Chan, she is lovingly survived by her son, two daughters and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends,
Funeral service will be held Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home at 10:00 am officiated by Rev. Everest Kao. Interment to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the section of 'Reflection'.
