Wing Fan Lee

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Wing Fan Lee on January 11, 2025, at the age of 99. Born on December 25, 1925, Wing Fan was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who touched the lives of all who knew him.

Wing Fan Lee married the love of his life, Chi Luen Lee, in 1949. Together, they built a beautiful family, raising six children who, along with their spouses, have 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. His family remains his greatest legacy, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

In 1979, Wing Fan Lee and his family immigrated to Vancouver, BC, Canada from Hong Kong, China where they embraced a new life with courage and determination. Wing Fan lived a long, healthy, and fulfilling life, remaining exceptionally active throughout the years. Always with a smile on his face.

Wing Fan Lee is survived by his wife of 75 years, Chi Luen Lee, their six children, 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and countless friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.

A visitation for Wing Fan Lee will be held Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby, BC V5G3M1. A funeral service will occur Monday, January 27, 2025 at 1:00 PM, 3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby, BC V5G3M1. A graveside service will occur Monday, January 27, 2025 at 2:45 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 3789 Royal Oak Ave, Burnaby, BC V5G 4A9.
