Mr. Xing Li Yang

January 16, 1939 – November 7, 2025

Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Mr. Xingli Yang, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2025, surrounded by his family, at the age of eighty-seven.

Born on January 16, 1939, Mr. Yang lived a life marked by wisdom, kindness, and diligence. Together with his beloved wife, Mrs. Honglan Hu, he shared sixty wonderful years of love and companionship. They devoted their lives to raising five children and took great pride in their accomplishments and character.

Mr. Yang was an extraordinary architectural designer, a man of broad learning, and a lifelong seeker of knowledge. He had a passion for writing and painting, a sharp mind, and a gentle wit. His presence was always warm and joyful, bringing laughter wherever he went. He was a man of integrity and sincerity, enterprising and compassionate, whose good deeds touched many lives. His life was a shining example of wisdom and hard work, love and generosity.

Moreover, his fantastic stories illuminated our hearts, and his enjoyment in life’s simple pleasures - from taking a stroll along the seaside to exploring different cuisines - taught us to find beauty in life wherever it brings us. From diligently studying English at sixty to traveling across Europe in his late seventies, he lived a life rich in experience and full of vitality. He was like a beam of light — always guided by curiosity and aspiration, spending his lifetime learning and exploring the unknown.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Mrs. Honglan Hu; his five loving children and their spouses: Shu Hu & Yu Chen; Jing Hu & Michael Pogue; Xiaoqin Yang & Xiaoyan Zhou; Tao Yang & Ling Zhang; and Yiran Yang & Liang Yu; his cherished grandchildren: Michelle Hu & Joey Carr, Peiyang Shi, Paul Marshall Goetze, Mia Jean Goetze, Ivee Zhou & Sai Yandapalli, Carnell Zhou, Aylin Yang, Bryan Yang, Esther Liang, Vicky Liang; and his treasured great-granddaughter, Ellie Carr.

He is also survived by his dear brothers, Haoli Yang and Mingli Yang (with sister-in-law Xuezhen Wu), his loving sister Hongmei Hu (with brother-in-law Dezhi Wang), and many nieces, nephews, and friends who will always remember his kindness, warmth, and generosity.

Mr. Yang’s life was a portrait of love and devotion, a symbol of warmth and integrity. His bright smile, humble spirit, and countless acts of kindness will forever live in the hearts of his family and friends, becoming an everlasting source of remembrance and blessing.

深切怀念杨兴礼先生

我们最亲爱的丈夫、父亲、祖父与曾祖父——杨兴礼先生，于2025年11月7日，在家人的陪伴下安然辞世，享年八十七岁。

杨先生生于1939年1月16日，一生聪慧仁厚、勤勉笃实。他与挚爱的妻子胡宏兰携手相伴六十载，相濡以沫; 倾心栽培五位子女,为他们的成就与品格深感欣慰与自豪。

杨先生是一位卓越的建筑设计师，又是一位博学多才,孜孜以求的文人. 他热爱写作与绘画，思维敏捷，谈吐风趣，幽默温雅。与他相处，笑声常伴，温情满溢。他为人正直诚恳，开拓进取；行善不倦，恩泽深远。他的一生，是智慧与勤勉的典范，慈爱与宽厚的楷模。

杨先生热爱生活，充满浓郁的激情和梦想。从闲步海滩到品味美食，他以纯粹的心去感受生活的美好和乐趣；从六十岁起勤学英文，到年近八旬仍远赴欧洲旅行, 以行动活出丰富的生命和精彩的人生。他像一束光，永远带着追求和抱负，用一生在学习和探索未知的领域。

他留有挚爱的妻子：胡宏兰; 五位疼爱的子女及其配偶：长子胡树、长媳陈煜；长女胡静、女婿Michael Pogue; 次女杨晓琴、女婿周小雁；次子杨涛、媳妇张玲；幼女杨一然、女婿俞亮；至爱的孙辈：胡怡农、Joey Carr, 石沛扬、欢欢、笑笑、周扬子、Sai Yandapalli, 周胡胡、杨爱玲、杨小步、梁思洋、梁纤文; 以及心爱的重孙佳美。

他亦留下手足至亲：大弟杨号礼; 小弟杨明礼、弟媳伍学珍; 妹妹胡宏美、妹夫汪德志 并有众多侄辈与好友，皆永远怀念他，铭记他一生的温情与恩泽。

杨兴礼先生的一生，是慈爱与奉献的写照，亦是温暖与诚信的象征。他的音容笑貌、开朗友善，谦厚风范与善行义举，将长存于家人和友人的记忆中，化作永恒的思念与祝福。
