He is survived by Parents Chad Lane Smith and Brittney Gayle Smith, sisters Lynnlee Maire Smith and Samantha Lee Smith, Grandparents Glenda Smith, Byron and Wendy Smith, Ricky and Janice Maynard, Raymond and Sara Maynard. Great Granparents Billy and Bernice Maynard, Valentine Gonzales, Fred and Linda Lester, Lonnie and Jonnie Hodgin, Jim and Shirley Diskin Aunts and Unlces Lance and Tamara Smith, Vickie Smith, Joshua Maynard, Melaine and Dallas Spence, Ricky Maynard Jr., Colleen Maynard, Steffannie Maynard. Cousins Jayce Smith and Austin Smith and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.

Proceed in death by Great grandpa Samuel Smith. Great grandma and grandpa Jerome and Margery Felps, Uncle and Aunt Lee and Emily Gonzales, Cousins Kaylee and Reece Gonzales, Great uncle John Carole Hill, Great great Grandparents Hoarce and Inez Maynard and many family members

Visitation will be held Thursday December 21, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be held Friday December 22, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, interment will follow at Watson Cemetery.
