Francisca Ortiz

Francisca was born on August 7, 1963 in Mexico to Jacinto and Angela Barron.

Francisca was married to her husband, Emigdio for 45 years and together they had two children, Steve and Catalina.

If Francisca was not in the kitchen cooking, you could always find her out in the yard. Her favorite past time was being outside working in her garden, especially with her roses. However, watching and feeding the birds was her favorite while being outside.

Francisca is survived by her husband, Emigdio Ortiz. Her children, Steve Ortiz and Catalina Ortiz (Roberto Carlos Angel). She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren, Fernando Angel, Eli Angel, Ethan Baladez, and Ariel Baladez. Francisca is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Martin Vazquez (Luzma), Isaias Vazquez and Ely Vazquez, along with her nephews Angel Vazquez and Enrique Vazquez.

A visitation for Francisca will be held on Tuesday October 17, 2023 at 6:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet. Funeral Mass will then be held on Wednesday October 18, 2023 at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church at 10:00 am. Interment will take place immediately following the service at Post Mountain Cemetery.
