G. Karen Luchsinger

Karen lived in Lake Victor for 18 years and she attended BCISD, graduating in 1966. After graduation, Karen went on to business college in Austin. After graduating she was hired by the comptrollers office at the state capital.

In 1977, they moved back to Burnet. Karen worked in the propane industry starting in the 1980’s at Hydrogas in Burnet. In 2016 she retired from Action Propane in Leander.

Karen is survived by her husband, Scott of Burnet, TX, her daughter, Lori Crawford of Lake Victore, son Scott of Dallas and Chris of Montrose, Co. She is also survived by her stepchildren, Dave Luchsinger of New Prague, MN, Kathy Luchsinger of New Ulm, MN. Her grandchildren Isabel Hill of Corpus, Ben Crawford of Burnet, as well as Scotty, Etan, Ben and Jack Luchsinger of New Progue, MN. And her great granddaughter Emory Crawford of Burnet. Karen is also survived by her brother, Jimmy Wooton of Leesville, SC.

Karen is proceeded in death by her parents, her brothers, Joey Wooten and T.D. jr. As well as her grandparents Benjamin and Jesse Wooten and Ervin and Matte Lue.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 21, 2026, at 1:00pm at the Vandaveer Church of Christ in Burnet with the burial to take place immediately following at Cauble Cemetery.
