One of the proudest moments in my life was when Sam introduced me as her other daughter because she helped raise me. Sam is a big part of the person I am today. It is a blessing and a honor to be able to call her mom.

Sam I love you. You were my second mother and I will always cherish our time together and the memories  we shared in the last fifty years. I will miss you dearly.

My favorite memory with Granny Sam was when she came to my wedding. This moment was my favorite one ever. She told me God would bless me and my family with a beautiful baby, and she would pray it so. 

After 3 years we finally got our blessing and she got to meet her right before going to heaven. I’m so thankful that she got to meet he great grand baby.
