

Ruthie 'Honey' Coble, 82, of Burnet Texas, passed away on April 9, 2016. She was born near Marlin, Texas, and grew up there. She was the youngest of 7 children. She graduated from Marlin High School and became a teller at First State Bank of Marlin.
In 1964, she married her loving husband of 52 years, William 'Bill' Coble. Bill's career at AT&T took them to seventeen different locations across the country from McAllen, Texas to New Jersey. She was a tireless and supportive wife and Mom who endured the moves without complaint. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Burnet and she dearly loved her church family and Pastor
Honey Coble enjoyed golfing, fishing, playing board games, and watching the Texas Rangers. Her favorite endeavor was spending time with, and taking care of her beloved family. She enjoyed many special memories with her family at Lake Whitney, Texas and Ruidoso, New Mexico.
In addition to her husband, Honey Coble is survived by her daughters Linda Ingram (Joe McCubbin) and Lisa Woolston (Steven Woolston), a sister, Doris Luedke, two grandchildren and one great granddaughter as well as a host of family and friends who loved her dearly.
Visitation services will be at Clement-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet from 6 to 8 PM on Monday April 11.
Funeral services will be at First Lutheran Church-Burnet at 10 AM on Tuesday, April 12.
Graveside services will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Marlin, Texas at 3:30 on Tuesday, April 12.
In lieu of flowers, donations to First Lutheran Church Burnet - Memorial Fund for Ruth Coble, would be appreciated.
