Margaret M. Porter of Fall River Mills passed away at Mayers Memorial Hospital LTC unit on December 28, 2012 at the age of 92.
Margaret received her Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State College University of Education, her library diploma from Denver University, and her Master of Library Science from Columbia University of New York. She had worked in her chosen profession for 41 years. She will be fondly remembered for her years as the librarian at Fall River High School in McArthur from 1956 to 1983.
