Dr. Horace A. MacMahan Jr., age 95, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023. Mac loved sailing and traveling the world. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, specifically on the U.S.S. Capitaine Submarine.
Mac will be deeply missed by his daughter, Kerri (Jim) Meeker; grandchildren Joey Meeker, Ryan Meeker, Kylie Meeker; and many extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Horace Sr. and Louise MacMahan and sisters Edith Wakefield and Betty Spearn.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. In memory of Mac and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. The family welcomes memories and messages at www.cookcaresbyron.com in their online guest book.
