Marilyn Walker, age 86, went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, January 16, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Walker; son, Fred Walker; daughter, Mary Beth Stotts; daughter-in-law, Betsy Walker; brother, Richard Kiel; sister, Ilene Jackiewicz.
She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her children Kathy (Gary) Salmon, Jim Walker; brother, Tom (Margo) Kiel; daughter-in-law, Shelley Walker; son-in-law, Don Stotts; nine grandchildren Freddie, Tom, Renee, KC, Ericha, Chad, Nick, Amanda, Brooke; great-grandchildren Kieley, Paxton, Kayce, Beckham, Oakley, Skyler; many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Marilyn went back to school to become a registered nurse while raising a family. She enjoyed the family's lake house at East Lake and her happy hours at Palmetto, Florida.
Funeral services for Marilyn will be held 12 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2023, with visitation beginning at 11 a.m., at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville.
