Andrew will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Mariette Fowler, daughters: Sasha (Ellery) and Sarah, grandchildren: Cody, Gabby, Tyresse, Cole, Zoe and Jude. Dear brother to Kelvin (Alistair), Simon and Paul (Audrey) and special uncle to Tammy, Victoria and Emojen.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
A special thank you to Dr. Morgan, nurse Lucas (Andy's favourite nurse) along with all of the ICU staff for all of your care and compassion.
