He will be dearly missed by his sister Karen Good, brother Ron Blackmore, niece Heather Masson (Sean), great-nieces Eden Westlake and Mya Penhale, and great-nephews Hunter Westlake, Graham Penhale, and Lochlan Penhale. Arthur was predeceased by his parents Arthur S. Blackmore and Edna E.M. Blackmore (nee Rose), his niece Tara M. Westlake, and brothers-in-law Graham H. Masson and John Good. As per Arthur’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will not be a service at this time.
