Henry Suckert

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital in his 96th year. Henry is reunited with his wife Maria (1998). He is also predeceased by daughter in-law Doreen and eleven brothers and sisters. Cherished father of Wolfgang (Debbie), Peter and Marilyn Kroeger (Peter). Loving Opa to Jason (Fay), Michael, James, Sarah, Nathan and Christopher and proud ‘Big’ Opa to Danica and Cash. Henry will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Henry retired in 1985 from 25 years of service at Franklin Manufacturing. He was a lifetime member of the Galt Sportsman Club and an avid angler and hunter. The family wishes to thank the Personal Support Workers for their daily care and the staff on the 5th Floor at C.M.H. Visitation will take place at the T. Little Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Sunday, January 31st from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, February 1, 2016 at 11 a.m. Burial at Mount View Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Henry’s memory to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by his family.
