With great sadness we announce her passing, after a brief illness, on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at the age of 55. Beloved mother of Weston (Janice) and James. Dear daughter of Jose Urbano Tavares and the late Maria De Espirito Santo Bairos Tavares. Cherished sister of Maria Lurdes From (John), Tina Amaral, the late Joe Tavares, Tony Tavares, Fatima Lednicky (Ron), Frank Tavares (Marlene) and John Tavares (Tanya). She will be missed by all her nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends will be received on Friday, September 26th from 6-9 p.m. for visitation at T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290). Funeral Mass to take place at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, 210 South Street, Cambridge on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
