Margaret had a wonderful sense of humour and a heart full of kindness. She loved bingo and was known for her sweet and caring nature. She always looked after others and never wanted anyone else to suffer. She was very active at Hilltop Manor, where she formed many meaningful relationships and was friends with everyone.
Relatives and friends will be received on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge. There will be a eulogy and prayers beginning at 12:00 p.m. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Margaret’s memory to the Arthritis Society would be greatly appreciated.
A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Cambridge Memorial Hospital for their attentive and gentle care, and to the dedicated team at Hilltop Manor, who supported Margaret over the past two years and truly made it feel like home. Your kindness, patience and everyday acts of care brought her comfort and dignity. A very special thank you to Recreation Director Amanda who’s kindness meant so much to Margaret and brightened her days.
