Normand "Norm" Dion

Normand Dion, 50 passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on September 17, 2016. Normand was married to the love of his life Bonnie Dion. Loving Dad to Shawna, Krista (Andy) and Andrew (Amy). Proud Papa to Austyn, Haylea, Rhody, Audrey, Jynessa, Madilynn, Isybela, Kali, Breyson, Kylie and Ethan. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Liane (Serge) Duchaine, brother Dan Dion, nephews Francis and Martin, mother in-law Doreen Pope, father in-law Murray (Pat) Pope, brother in-law Dan (Donna) Pope, sister in-law Brenda (Mike) Julnes and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by his parents Philippe and Lisette Dion. Norm was an employee at Strite Industries for 32 years and on weekends he could be seen at the football field with his “man wife” Corey Metz and nephew Brandon. The family wishes to thank the ICU Staff at C.M.H. for their compassionate care. Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation at the T. Little Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will take place at the T. Little Chapel on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 1 p.m. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to an Education Trust Fund for Austyn and Haylea or the Cambridge Self-Help Food Bank would be appreciated by the family.
