Rita Sylvia Hahn

Slipped away peacefully, on Wednesday, April 30, 2015 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of Claude Hahn for 68 years and loving mother to Richard (Valerie Smith), Peter and Chris (Heather). Cherished Grandma to Jennifer (Ali), Rachel, Spencer, Shane (Sheena), Brandon (Lori) and Ryan. Proud great-grandmother to Tyler, Nolan and Wyatt. She will be lovingly remembered by brother in-law Wilfred Hahn and many nieces, nephews and friends. Rita is reunited in heaven with their son Reginald (1962), daughter in-law Jean, her sisters Mary, Julie, Annie, Stella, and Sophie and her brothers George, Paul and Alex. She was a long time member of the St. Ambrose Catholic Church and Choir and the Little’s Corners Women’s Institute. The family wishes to thank the staff on the 5th Floor at C.M.H. for their compassionate care. Relatives and friends will be received at the T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge (519-623-1290) on Monday, May 4, 2015 from 1:30 – 2:15 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service at 2:30 p.m. Burial at Mount View Cemetery. Donations in her memory to Cambridge Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by Rita’s family.
