On July 2nd, after a courageous battle with cancer, we said "Goodbye" to an amazing, loving and caring husband, father, papa and brother. His ever present quiet personality will be greatly missed by all who got to know him. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed his help and was quick to be there for everyone. His dedication, love and support to his wife of 57 years was undeniable, and his love and support of his children and grandchildren was unfailing.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff at Wingham and District Memorial Hospital for their kind and caring help in his final days.
Ron is survived by his wife Deb, son Rob, daughter Tina and 5 grandchildren. His is predeceased by his daughter Brandie, his parents and several brothers. He will be greatly missed and loved by his surviving brothers and sister and his many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place, in lieu of flowers donations in Ron's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society are greatly appreciated by his family.
