She was born June 18, 1940 in Detroit MI, daughter of the late Louis and Marie (Roberts) Rucker.
Prior to retirement she was employed with Penn Dot for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Garney.
Survived by her children; Bob, his wife, Noreen, Nancy, Cindy and Todd, his wife, Erin, brother Tony, sister, Susan, 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday July 31, 2017 from 9:00 to 10:00 at Neill Funeral Home, Camp Hill, with graveside service at 10:30 at Rolling Green Memorial Park, Camp Hill.
