

Born on February 1, 1940 in Johnson City, NY to the late Susan (Ferguson) and Clifford Bartholomew.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Douglas Bartholomew; and a niece, Sonya Mills Iovino.
Surviving Jeffrey is his loving wife, Lynn Bartholomew; brother, Gregory Bartholomew; sister, Susie Terpak; nephew, Jeremy Bartholomew and his niece, Gretchen Bartholomew Ward.
Jeffrey spent the majority of his working career in the many facets of the dance world; from instructor to judge of competitions he was an avid lover of the art and traveled all over the world during his career. He was one of the founders of the United Country Western Dance Counsel and served with the World Country & Line DanceSport Federation who were working to get line and couples dancing enlisted as one of the many Olympic events before they sadly disbanded.
He was a Mason; along with being a member of many societies such as the Harrisburg Snyder Lodge 629, Perseverance Royal Arch #21, Zembo Shriners, and Pilgrim Commandery #11 Knights Templar. Jeffrey was also a former president of the Pennsylvania Restaurant Association and operated 3 franchises of Burger King between 1979 and 1996.
No services are to be held at this time. Instead, it was Jeffrey’s wish to be cremated and brought to Key West, FL and Hawaii where he and Lynn loved to visit.
