I lived next door to the Nagy's from 1983 - 1985 and Jamie and I were good friends. Ryan was very young then (3 - 5) and he liked to show off that he could do the splits, but most of all, he loved vacuum cleaners. We had just bought the top of the line vacuum and he would come over, by himself, and ask to play with it. Of course I would let him. 
We all loved him and he was a joy to be around. I got back in contact with him in 2011. I hope my story makes you smile a little from such a sad situation. Ryan will be missed. He had a lot of impact with so many people, no matter how small.

Ryan's time here was way too short. I am very grateful for Ryan's kindness and laughter.  He brought light to my mother's life as a teenager by helping with her dog, and eventually just a good friend that she was always delighted to spend time with.  I really enjoyed my infrequent but always mirthful visits with him.   RIP Ryan.  My condolences to all of your friends and family.

My friendship with Ryan goes back to his early teens when I was a recent widow. Due to my long hours at the hospital, I would call Ryan after school to take care of my dog, Nicki. Ryan was always a phone call away to lend a helping hand with Nicki or help around the house.
       Later in life we enjoyed occasional evenings catching up, sharing wine and cheese.  I always knew Ryan was close by and would do anything to help me. I will miss you.
       You are in my thoughts and prayers. May you be at peace.

Nagy and I were instant friends when we met a decade ago at CrossFit. He became a fixture at our family events, he spent a memorable thanksgiving with us, and he adoringly loved my children like the best Uncle ever.  I cannot comprehend this loss but im so grateful for the impact he had on my family. We love you nags. We will forever.

I worked with Ryan at the Naval Base for a few years before I retired two years ago --  Ryan and I stayed in touch via email a few times.  He was such a great guy to work with and I enjoyed exchanging stories of travel, social life, and family.  I'm so sad to hear of his untimely passing.  May he rest in peace.  Condolences to his family, friends and teammates.

I had the privilege of working with Ryan. Though we never met in person, we spoke several times a week, not just about work but also to catch up and share a laugh. He was always the go-to person whenever I needed help, and he had a way of making work enjoyable. Ryan had such a kind heart, and I will always cherish the conversations we shared.

My dearest Ryan,
Your sudden and unexpected passing has left a deep emotional void in all who knew you. I have no doubt that you had a profound impact on thousands of peoples' lives. You were so many things to so many people, you were often my first for emotional support and advice in personal relationships and in life. You were my wine, fashion and decoration guru, my most cultured and traveled friend with a knowledge of buildings, people and their history that I so very much enjoyed learning from you everyday. In music we bonded on a metaphysical level that only you would understand. You were a beautiful soul and I am honored to have been a part of your life for nearly 20 years.  Trips to the shore and my uncle's were some of my fondest memories to this day. I hope and pray that you met Maggie, your passed family and friends on the rainbow bridge and when it is my time you will be there waiting for me with open arms.
