Jean was born on September 6, 1933. Jean was a resident of Courtenay, British Columbia.
Jean is predeceased by her husband Dennis Horgan. She is survived by four children, nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on March 14, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Cumberland Community Church. Flowers are gratefully declined.
