At the Campbellton Regional Hospital on February 13, 2008, passed away Alice Landry of Eel River Crossing at the age of 82 years. She was the daughter of the late Wilfred Levesque and late Marie-Louise Poirier.
She will be missed by her children: Alma Gilbert (Charles) of Ontario, Alexis (Katherine) of Ontario, Angele Gilbert (Jules) of Ontario, Armand (Nancy) of Quispamsis, N.B. and Armel of Bathurst; her 9 grandchildren: Carl, Patricia, Lee, Stacey, Gillian, Johnathan, Meaghan, Samantha and Connor; her sister and brothers : Dora, Paul, Arthur, Joseph, Maurice and Amédée. Many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and friends will also miss her.
She was predeceased by her son, Albénie, her daughter, Anne-Marie, her parents and her sister, Marie-Aline Leclerc.
Funeral was held on February 18, 2008 in the Holy Trinity Church, Eel River Crossing and officiated by Father Regent Landry with burial in the parish cemetery in the spring.
