At the Campbellton Regional Hospital, Sunday September 28, 2008, at the age of 89, passed away Mrs. Elsie Thompson, wife of the late George Thompson. She was the daughter of late Henry Kirsopp and late Margaret Young.
She will be sadly missed by her children: Leonard Thompson (Heather) of Winnipeg, Manitoba and Kathleen Thompson of Moncton; her son-in-law Herman Firth of Campbellton; her grandchildren: Shelley Chandler (Steven) of Tide Head and Stephen Firth of Barrie, Ontario; her great-grandchildren: Alicia and Nathalie.
She was predeceased by her husband, George, her daughter Linda and her parents.
The funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at the Savoie Funeral Chapel, Campbellton, and celebrated by Rev. Arnold Godsoe with burial in the Dawsonville Community Cemetery.
