Ida Stella Moran

Passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at the age of 78, Miss Ida Stella Moran of Campbellton.

Ida Stella was born on February 7, 1947, in Campbellton, New Brunswick, to the late Eleanore (Pitre) Moran and the late John Donald Moran.

Stella loved the outdoors and greatly enjoyed fishing, camping, and playing cards with friends. She cherished having her family gathered around her and especially enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Loretta Smith (Rodney) and Stella-Ann Moran (Marc). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Erica (Ryan), Patrick (Roxie), Barbie (Samson), and Riley (Chrissy), as well as her great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her sisters; Muriel, Margaret, Alice (Garfield) and her brothers; Robert (Lois) and Leonard.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers; Clarence, Dave, Albert, Henry and her sister Grace.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Savoie’s Funeral Home, Campbellton, NB, on Friday January 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.

Visitations will be held at Savoie’s Funeral Home, Campbellton, NB, on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. followed by the service.
