She was born May 10, 1939 in Whitestone, New York to Otto and Anna Mayer.
She moved to Los Angeles in 1960 to work for CBS as an Executive Assistant. It was there she met and married Joseph Drago in September of 1962. Ann spent time as a homemaker raising her two sons, Joe and John and then went back to work for Hughes Aircraft for many years as an Executive Assistant where she enjoyed working on the AMRAAM program.
Ann enjoyed gardening, nature photography, traveling, her pets, spending time at the beach and especially spending time with her grandchildren. She devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to family members and was an active supporter and participant of the annual Revlon Run/Walk for Women and their effort to defeat women’s cancers.
Ann is survived by her two sons and their spouses, Joe and Rebecca Drago, John and Nancy Drago; and two grandchildren, Allison and Max.
