

Born April 1, 1925 in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Died at the age of 85 on October 20, 2010 in Tarzana, CA. Arthur will always be remembered with love and affection by his wife of 51 years, Jeanette, his children: Tod, Timothy, Eileen, and Patrick and their spouses, his grandchildren: Meredith, Jessica, Matthew, Justin, Micaela, Nicholas, Maile, and Sarah, his sister, Mary Teresa McKinney, along with nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
After a long career with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power first as an electrical engineer and then as a City Attorney he retired and then became the Executive Director of the Southern California Public Power Authority. Upon his retirement, Art enjoyed traveling with his wife, playing golf, volunteering for HICAP-a Medicare/Medi-cal advocacy program, at OASIS helping senior citizens, and enjoying life with his family and friends. He was involved in St Mel Parish for 43 years. His smile and kindness will live on in the hearts of all those who knew him.
Services will be held Monday, November 1, 2010 at St. Mel Church in Woodland Hills at 10:30 AM.
