Beverly Johnson of Yarmouth Port, formerly of Revere, Stoughton, and Peabody, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026, at the age of 95.
Beverly was born in Boston, MA, on March 19, 1931, to the late Joseph and Ella (Rabinovitz) Goldman.
From summer days at Revere Beach, to a brief time in Clearwater, Florida, and ultimately to the shores of Cape Cod, Beverly built a life centered on family, community, and simple joys. Alongside her husband Larry, she raised four children—Dale, Rosanne, Eric, and Marshall—creating a home filled with warmth and lasting memories.
Beverly worked as a bank teller and later devoted her time to volunteering at Cape Cod Hospital and the Cancer Consignment Shop. She enjoyed square dancing, biking along the Cape Cod Canal, and spending time outdoors.
Though an only child, Beverly was the proud grandmother of seven—Jodi, Adam, Jesse, Robin, Angela, Chris, and Seth—and great-grandmother to eight—Juliet, Daniel, Ryan, Liam, Elle, Jonathan, Liv, and Wyatt. Her family was her greatest joy.
She cherished outings to Sesuit Harbor Cafe, Chinese takeout, Eric’s knishes, and days spent at Corporation Beach and Bass River Beach. In her later years, she found deep friendship and happiness at Heatherwood, where she lived for the past decade.
Her family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff of Mayflower Place in Yarmouth for their extraordinary care and compassion.
We love you. We will miss you so much.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 24th at 10:30 AM at Temple Beth Shalom Memorial Park, 49 Buxton Road, Danvers, MA.
