FRANKLIN, Elizabeth "Betty" (Sherman) Of Newton. Entered into rest on Feb. 12, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Irving Sherman and the late Morris Franklin. Devoted mother of Arlene Lieberman and her late husband Michael, Barry Sherman and his wife Rondi, and Margie Rosen and her husband Steve. Loving sister of Roz Shuman and the late Arthur Whitkin, Larry Whitkin, and Bertha Katze. Cherished grandmother of Amy (Rob) Sheard, Todd Lieberman, Stephanie (Andrew) Dyer, Craig (Srey) Sherman, Alison (Scott) Berenson, and Daniel Rosen as well as 4 great-grandchildren. Service will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington St., CANTON, Tues., Feb. 14 at 2:00 PM. Interment to follow at Sharon Memorial Park. Memorial observance following interment at the home of Margie & Steve Rosen through 9 PM Tues., and at the home of Barry & Rondi Sherman Wed. 1-9 PM & Thur. 6-9 PM.
