Elyse Beth Probst (Kalejya)

Beloved fiancé of Adam Baker; daughter of Judith S. Probst of Greenville, NC, Barry L. Probst and his wife Patricia of Brockton, MA; loving sister of Larry A. Probst and fiancé Tanya O’Mara of Litchfield, NH, Ira S. Probst and his wife Kandace of Greenville, NC, Philip J. Montalto and his wife Heather of Princeton, MA, Timothy Montalto and his wife Brigette of Jefferson, MA and David Montalto and his wife Amy of Rutland, MA. Cherished Aunt of Taran K. Douyard and her husband Frank of Cape Coral, FL, Emily M. Probst and boyfriend Harvey Villalva of Miami, FL and Nathaniel E. Probst of Greenville, NC; great aunt to Hayden and Giovanni Douyard of Cape Coral, FL and loving sister-in-law of Brenda M. Probst of Cape Coral, FL. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Elyse was a graduate of Keefe Tech Vocational High School in Framingham, MA and loved Culinary Arts and cooking. She also loved all animals and was a Vet Tech at VCA for many years. She was an avid artist and has a couple of her paintings hanging in the waiting rooms of two of her doctors. One of Elyse’s favorite holidays was Halloween, and she was enchanted by the Wiccan Culture. Her greatest love was spending time with her family and friends. If we take a quote from her high school yearbook, her secret ambition was “to be a friend to everyone” and she was. This was her greatest accomplishment. Her vibrant spirit and loving heart drew people to her, she will be missed by countless friends and family.

Services will be held on Monday, October 18th at 2:00 PM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA.
