Born in Morocco to the late Frecha and Benjamin Bouganim, she moved to Jerusalem, Israel where she met and married the late Joseph Azoulay.
Mother of Felix Amar, Zehava Azoulay Afenzar, Ruthy Azoulay Gomolka, Orly Azoulay Aviksis, Sharon Azoulay Elbaz, and the late Fortunee Malie Amar Baier. Grandmother of Avi Amar, Yael Amar, Nelly Amar, Chani Bokhour, Shira Nathan, Ofir Afenzar, Yossi Aviksis, Esty Aviksis, William Gomolka, Faythe Gomolka, Joey Elbaz, Avi Elbaz, and Michael Baier. Great grandmother of Eva, Eli, Eitan, Eden, Talia, Itamar, and Margalite.
Services will be on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA.
Shiva will be at the home of Ruthy and Rick Gomolka following interment through Monday evening 12-9 PM excluding sundown Friday till sundown Saturday.
