Adele,
Sadly learned of dear Fred's passing while we are in Florida. Fred was an inspiring, intelligent man - full of joie de vivre. He tried diligently to go tete a tete with dad, a resident of Heights Crossing. They both had great respect for each other's thirst for knowledge. 
Fred was a great man who gave so much to so many - he will be missed greatly by those privileged to know him. May he rest in peace and may you and your family be strengthened by your treasured memories of loving times spent with him.

Fred was such a kind, charming, intelligent man.  The world is diminished by his absence.  Sending love and peace to Adele and all of Fred's loved ones.  Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Memorial observance will be held Sunday Dec. 28 at the residence at Linden Ponds in Hingham.  Hours 3:00 to 8:00 PM

Fred was always a very special part of our family.  My memories go back to his first dating my dearest Cousin Adele when I was young and then becoming part of our family. He was so debonaire! He was wise, gentle and always kind.  He cared deeply about his family, friends and community,continuously learning himself and sharing his love of learning with others.  Fred and Adele's door was always open for family and friends for conversation and support.  We will miss him!!!

I remember him from being at my Aunt's house who lived across the street.  I am so sorry for your loss Adele.  I am thinking of you during this time.

We will miss many things about Fred, his sense of humor and good nature are only a couple of them. He lived a good life, rest in peace friend.

I remember Fred as a sweet and gracious gentleman, always smiling. Sending love and prayers.

May his memory be a blessing for his life touched so many of us.  Warm, welcoming, kindhearted and the best one line jokes ever. He will be sorely missed.

Fred and I shared many fun times at Brotherhood Lodge AF&AM. He took pride in being the Master of the Lodge and helped me when I became Master a few years later. He was a true mensch and never said a bad word about  anyone. To his family, "Remember the good times!"

There will be an empty chair at our Tuesday Night Dinners, but it will be filled with loving memories of a man whose life was well lived.  Rest in peace my friend.
