Harriet L. Levine

Harriet (Skiddell) Levine of Chelsea, MA passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 91 years of age. Daughter of Isadore and Rose Skiddell. Loving wife of the late Norman Levine. Beloved mother of Larry Levine and the late Cindy Levine. Sister and best friend of Anna Forman. Sister-in-law of Stanley Forman and Bill and Rita Needel. Aunt of Glen Forman, Gale Daniels, the late Jay Needel and the late Scott Needel. Great aunt of Lee, Kate, Matt, Stephanie and Lisa.

Harriet was born in Chelsea MA on March 3, 1932. She was a Chelsea girl through and through and always remained close to many relatives and friends from childhood and throughout her adult life.

Harriet was a very talented artist. She loved drawing, especially Disney characters for her great nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Harriet was an accomplished cross-stitcher. Her finished works are masterpieces and she made many as gifts for her family who cherish having these works of art as a lasting legacy of her.

Harriet was the most loving person despite her many challenges in life. She was always there to listen and never passed judgement on others. Her strength throughout adversities during her lifetime was nothing short of admirable. She was loved by all, young and old and she will be missed by her loving family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Thursday, March 7 at 10 AM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA.

Burial will take place at Bessarabian Cemetery, 232 Fuller Street, Everett, MA at 1 PM.
