Jerry’s legacy of friendship and helping those in need was evident throughout his career. As a Field Auditor for Stop and Shop, he ensured that the stores met high standards. He then went on to work with his brother, and later independently, to open several hearing aid offices in the outskirts of Boston. Jerry made the effort to travel to nursing homes, hospitals, and other facilities to ensure that his patients received the best care available. Jerry was a man of service. He participated in B’Nai Brith and several men’s groups over the decades. Jerry enjoyed a reputation among his close friends as a generous and sincere friend.
