Lawrence J. Allen, of Webster, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2025, at the age of 87. Born to the late George and Mary Allen, Lawrence lived a life marked by devotion to his family, a deep pride in his veteran service, and a genuine love for connecting with others in his community. He was known for his warm presence, always eager to strike up a conversation and build friendships wherever he went.
He was the beloved husband of the late Karen B. Allen, with whom he shared 23 wonderful years of marriage. A proud and loving father, Lawrence is survived by his children: Jason Allen and his wife Kelly, Melissa Adams and her husband Nicholas, Stacy Dube and her husband Nathan, and Julie Rivera and her husband Chino. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren: Tyler Allen, Casey Lawler, Zoey and Charlotte Dube, and soon-to-arrive Avery Adams.
Lawrence was a devoted brother to George and Ethel Allen, and a steadfast presence in the lives of all who knew him, especially his nieces, nephews, and their children. His warmth, wisdom, and gentle humor will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels, 475 Washington Street, Canton on Friday, November 7th at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon.
All are invited following services to a small gathering at the home of Melissa and Nicholas Adams.
