From her daughter, Kim:
My mother has taught me many things, but one lesson I hold dear-
Are qualities a “mom” should have and what attitude to bear.
While she didn’t say these, in so many words,
Her character demonstrated everything I learned
A mother’s love is unconditional despite what she’s put through,
She is the voice of reason, when we don’t know what to do.
A mother’s spirit is fierce, no illness can it break,
Her heart is warm, leaving kindness in its wake.
A Mothers wisdom will “mostly” speak the truth,
She will draw on experience from her youth
So many superpowers a mom does gain,
Her hugs can alone can heal the pain.
So, these qualities are just a few,
Of the amazing things my mother could do
But the most special thing a mother has to offer,
is the unspoken bond she shares with her daughter.
